It's great. The apartments are really nicely done, high-quality finishes, good layout, great location, and UNDERGROUND PARKING I'm really happy here. There are no offices on the property, but the managers are super-responsive and take care of things in a snap. I've not met the neighbors, but those I've run into on the elevator or in the halls are always friendly. All in all, I'm loving it here.

Great location, great convenience factors heated garage attached to elevator, close to the 90, walk to bars, restaurants, blue line, 606 trail . Very short drive to many shopping needs target, costco, kohl's, best buy etc . Spacious layout, top notch bathrooms, modern kitchen, hardwood floors. Very private, rarely see neighbors. Exterior parking usually available about 1 block away. Daycare downstairs in same building.
